NRC goes Mobile letter!

Hi Everyone!

As you may know, I have been installed at Grace's Nutrition Market for about three and a half years now, and that time has been so, so wonderful!!!! You've probably guessed what I'm going to say next, so, here goes: Nicole's RawCreation is moving on....and going MOBILE!!!! No, I haven't gotten that truck that some of you have suggested (not yet anyway), but I won't be standing in the kitchen on the weekends any more! Although this may be bittersweet news for you, because it sure is for me, I hope that I'll still be able to feed you well in my new capacity.

Although I don't have all of the details this week, I can tell you that I will be offering my services in a variety of ways:

  • You can hire me as your personal chef (you buy the food and I come prepare your favorite recipes or help you learn to make it)
  • You can order salads, pates, burgers and other dehydrated items (yes, that means onion bread too!), salad dressings, pies and other desserts....you get the idea! =)
  • You can hire me to go shopping with you to pick fabulous produce etc. or come to your house to set up your kitchen and pantry more efficiently so that you are inclined to eat healthier more often.
  • You can hire me to do classes at your house for you and your family/friends, You can buy my food at other locations (I'll keep you posted on this one. If you are interested, reply and let me know and I will put you on a list!)
  • You can buy my ebooks with my secret recipes and methods, and maybe even subscribe to my YouTube channel for instructional videos (this one may take a little longer, but it is in the works, so stay tuned!)
In other words, I am going to do my level best to expand my radius so that I can help even more people eat well and be well! I am super excited about this change, and I hope that you can join me in the new fun! I sure will miss getting to see your smilin' faces at Grace's every weekend though!!! However, I know many of you are also customers of Grace's, and so I encourage you to continue to patronize (that's the good kind...) the kitchen there because they hope to expand their weekday juice and smoothie bar to include weekends and begin adding other items like healthy salads and sandwiches. It won't be raw vegan of course, but you may still find something yummy for your tummy there just the same!

I will miss you all terribly, but I will just be an email or phone call away! And if you do the Facebook thing, I invite you to be my friend.

This website address will remain the same, and you can always bookmark or add it to your favorites so that you can keep up with what's new that way too!
